Jasmine is a compassionate and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to supporting others in their wellness journey. A recent graduate of Eastern College, Jasmine completed over 440 hours of clinical practicum, where she gained hands-on experience delivering therapeutic care to a wide range of clients. She is now a fully registered member of CMMOTA (Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association). Jasmine also holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Biology from Acadia University. Her academic background gives her a deep understanding of the body’s structure, function, and the mind-body connection – insight she brings into each treatment.

Jasmine offers a variety of techniques tailored to each client’s needs, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, joint mobilizations, pre and post natal massage. Her treatments are designed not only to reduce pain and tension but to foster a deep sense of relaxation, balance, and connection to the body.

With a philosophy rooted in healing and whole-person wellness, Jasmine approaches every session with empathy, curiosity, and professionalism. Her goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space where clients feel truly heard and supported.

Passionate about helping others feel their best, Jasmine was drawn to massage therapy while studying neuroscience and after experiencing firsthand the powerful impact of touch in physical and emotional healing. She believes in the body’s natural ability to restore itself with the right support—and is honored to be a part of that process for her clients.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her son and dogs, exploring the outdoors, reading, and is new to hockey – enjoying the learning process and staying active on the ice.
